PT. Amtek Engineering Batam is the company which specializes in Precision Metal Stamping and subsequent secondary processes. We are now looking for suitable candidate for :

1. SNR. HR Officer
2. Planner

Requirement :

• Min. Degree Law / Psychology / Management (1) Business administration (2)
• At least 2 years working experience in related 
• Mastering the aspects of Human Resources Management in genera, strategic HR, manpower planning, selection and recruitment, personnel administration, training & people development, organization design, industrial relation (1)
• Proven experience as production planner, MPR and SAP System (2)
• Monitoring job and ETA material from buyer and follow delivery (2)
• Working Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 & ISO14001 
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
