UI / UX Designer

Requirement :

• UX Designer will help program development in constructing UX journey and design (UI) for developers consumption
• Explaining internally & externally the rationale for creative design choices, solving & researching interaction design programs using analytics usability testing and internal/external research
• Doing focus group discussion in getting feedback from outside user prior to submission to business users
• Solid working knowledge of phtoshop, illustrator, indesign, fireworks and associated design tools
• Business level English & Indonesian
• Ability to work individually or team
• Required skill : software and web design
