Requirements :
* Max. age 30 years old (1,2)
* Min. 2 years experience is a advantage (1)
* Min. Diploma or bachelor degree majoring in civil engineering / architecture (1,2)
* Able to operate autocad 2D & 3D (1)
* Able to read shop drawing (1)
* Able to operate 3D max (1)
* Able to operate manga studio, sketchbook pro, etc (2)
* Able to communicate in English will be an advantage (1,2)
* Provide a few comic design for review (2)
