- Able to make documents or report to production process & quality (1)
- High motivation to develop and improve process & quality (1)
- Discipline, team oriented, good leadership, good analyzing problems occurred in
- Production and find solution (1,2,3)
- Can drive forklift, understand about inventory, FIFO (2)
- Specially for press, tools knoewledge and trouble shooting technique (4)
- Can make new modification & analyzed existing tools (4)
- Can operate computer (Ms Office) (1,2)
- Good communication in English oral/written (1,2,4)
- Positive attitude (1,2,3,4)
