1. Purchaser/Procurement

Job Duties:

• Provide procurement support in all office and production requirements
• Ensure deliveries are on time and the is no shortages in production or missed deliveries by supplier
• Managing inventory stock and purchase within the company budget
• responsible for accurate filling systems for all company purchases
• Maintain accurate costing for projects
• Timely maintenance for all records in the Quicbook

2. HR and GA Admin

Job Duties

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Maintain control and record all data and documents pertaining to employees and attendance
• Handle employee requests on HR Matters, rules and regulations
