PT. Caterpillar Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan yang ada di kota Batam. Kami saat ini membutuhkan karyawan yang nantinya akan kami tempatkan pada posisi sebagai:

1. Welder
2. Assembler
3. Fitter
 

Qualifications:

• Minimimum High School Have experience and knowladge in FCAW-GS, GMAW and MIG (1,3)
• SMK mechanical/Automotive Fresh graduate or experiences is welcome (2)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong personal initiative, team spirit, careful, considerate and diligent
• Drug free workplace and a tobacco free property
• Able to work in shift

4. Quality Specialist/Inspector
5. CPS Associate
 

Qualification:

• D3 with experience 2 years in the same function
• proficiency in active English and Computer literate
• Able to interpert and understand drawing, spesification (Code, etc)
• Able to inspect all product minimum in value stream
• Understand Basic Quality concept
• Understand Six sigma concept, Kaizen and continues improvement
• Familiar with 5S Concept
• Has an experience as trainer would be advantage
• Drug free workplace and a tobacco free property and willing in shift
